It’s like this but hers had a key hole cut out in the bust which makes it even more club looking. I am 31 and she is 46 and she wears the strangest stuff to work. We are having huge meetings this week and yesterday I wore white suit pants and an orange silk knitted tee shirt style top with long pearls. She strolled in half naked with capris on and this shirt. Am I alter conservative? Or do you also think there is a point when you have to stop shopping in the junior section and buy a better level of clothing? Oh and the day before that- she wore a mini skirt- cotton and all wrinkled. Look like something I would wear golfing on a junky day. So this in fact this shirt was her “best” outfit for the week. I work with all 70-80 year olds so I don’t think they notice… sometimes they even tell her she is cute in these get ups. So this doesn’t help but I don’t think they can see her varicose veins and stuff like…… I try telling her some great places to shop to get her to go higher end and I even bought her a gift card to a nice store. She never used it and I was pretty pissed because I think she re-gifted it to her sister. And she always says she can’t “afford” nicer stores and she makes more money then me.
Because it’s disgusting- I think she should put some more clothing on. I don’t want to look at her half naked all the time. And I am sorry- it’s tacky as all hell to wear juniors style clothing at a certian age. I am 31 and I won’t wear this garbage.
Yeah, it just sucks because all the men ask me to do all the presentations to companies now because they don’t want her showing up like that. So I have to do all the presentations and all the traveling. Last sales meeting she went to the department store almost died laughing about what she was wearing…….. and they kept asking if she was in charge of picking product because they were scared about her choices. So now they don’t send her anywhere and she never noticed!

My golf instructor said to wear a collared shirt and khaki shorts or a golf skirt. The problem is that I am about a zero and no golf skirts fit me. My tennis skirts have shorts under them, are only a little less than mid-thigh and are classy. Ralph Lauren etc. I’m very conservative and don’t feel like my skirts would put me on display. The golf skirts I tried on simply swallow me! Is there a rule as to how many inches above the knee a skirt should be on the course?
I probably should have said the golf skirts on the rack and with a personnal shoppers help have not fit me yet. They will have to be altered to stay on the hips as the smallest I have found is a four. I wasn’t asking for judgment Sammy nor was I accusing women golfers of being fat. I wasn’t looking to offend anybody, just asking a question. I thought that was what this site was for.

Since it’s SOOO hot in the south this time of year, if he wears khaki pants would it look okay for me to wear a khaki skirt & a polo? or should I wear pants also?

Ok so i’m going golfing tomorrow with some friends, and i didn’t realize till just now that it is a semi-private course…. well it says there is a dress code and idk if what i might wear will be appropriate. I was thinking jeans OR khaki capris (which i hate) and idk what to do for the shirt.. i don’t have a polo but i do have a nice brown shirt with a collar ….would that be ok? or a black collared shirt that is fancier but it will get SO hot!…. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be too thrilled if i wore a t-shirt……. it also says that i have to wear “appropriate golf shoes”……. i can wear tennis shoes right? I don’t have golf shoes with the things on the bottom…. i’m just so nervous now…. i’ve never had to dress up this much for golfing (besides when i was in a tournament)……
